  • My property is being sold on UKLAF but I’ve noticed that the details are incorrect. What do I need to do to update them?

All property details on UKLAF are uploaded to the website by the agent. If you’d like to have something changed, please contact your agent. The agent will be able to update your details within 24 hours.
  • My property isn’t on UKLAF, even though the sale is being handled by an agent on UKLAF. Can you tell me why?

Provided the agent has completed all of the property details in its database, the property should appear on UKLAF but it could take up to 24 hours for the property to go live. Please check with the agent. If you feel that the property should already be on UKLAF, please contact us.

Please note that UKLAF is mainly concerned with rural property of 3 or more acres.

  • I submitted an enquiry to an agent but haven’t had a response. Is there anything else I need to do?

It may be that the agent, in this instance, has had many enquiries regarding the property and has simply yet to make contact. If an immediate response is needed, we recommend calling the agent directly. If you still don’t hear, please get in touch with us.

  • I would like to arrange a viewing/request more information on a property, what do I need to do?

UKLAF is a website and not an agent. The site simply provides subscribing agents with a platform to market their rural properties.

Provided the agent has uploaded one, brochures are available for download or simply to view, by clicking ‘View a brochure’ on the property details page. Alternatively, click ‘Contact Agent’ on the property details page, to send an email (with your contact info) to the relevant agent or phone the agent direct using the agent branch details.

  • Why are there properties on the site marked ‘SOLD STC’?

These are properties “Sold, Subject to Contract”. This refers to a property which a seller has agreed to sell and a buyer has agreed to buy but a formal contract (which must be in writing) has not yet been signed, so that there is no legally binding contract between the parties in place.

  • Why do some of the properties on UKLAF have less information/images than others?

It is the agents responsibility to upload property details. It may be that all the information was not available to the agent at the time or that for some reason the agent had chosen to omit certain details. We will always recommend that full details are posted. If you would like to query details listed on UKLAF or would like more information on a property, please contact the agent directly via the ‘Contact Agent’ link.
  • Can I advertise something other than property on UKLAF?

To find out more about the advertising opportunities on UK Land & Farms, email advertising@uklandandfarms.co.uk or use the advertising enquiry form by clicking ‘Advertising’, located at the bottom of any page on UKLAF and we will contact you.

  • I am an agent and wish to use UKLAF to advertise our properties. Can you tell me what costs would be involved?

Simply email agent@uklandandfarms.co.uk or use the enquiry form by clicking ‘New Agents’, located at the top of any page on UKLAF and we will contact you with all the costs and benefits of using UKLAF.

  • Can I sell my property through UKLAF without using an agent?

UK Land & Farms is a platform for agents to market properties which are for sale, and as a result we can only list properties when the agent has uploaded the details. We do not display properties directly on behalf of vendors.

If you would like to market a property on the site, we recommend asking a selling agent already on UKLAF – using the ‘Find an agent’ section of the site. Alternatively, if you already have an agent, that isn’t using UKLAF, just ask the agent to contact us.
