Serious buyers now turn to the web, and with no expensive premises to support, this gives us two key advantages. Firstly we can pass our savings on overheads directly to you, and secondly, we have more time to devote to getting to know our prospective buyers and what they are really looking for in their ideal property.

We also have a presence on Facebook, twitter and LinkedIn, all of which are media that new buyers use to find their next home, and of course, we never underestimate the power of the local press, and so advertise there also.

Most importantly, this is all supported with a local presence on the ground. We will still do all of the viewings, meet with you regularly and provide all of the usual (and more!) support that you would expect from your estate agent. The vast majority of our new business comes from existing client recommendations, which evidences that we get our clients moving, whilst meeting our own very high service standards.
