Oakfield Estate Agents has been a leading force in the property sector in East Sussex since 1996, when Neil Newstead and Stephen Ruxton-Cocker launched it from a small office in Hastings. Today that base remains, but we now also have branches in Lewes, Heathfield, Uckfield, Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea.

We started in lettings and are still market leaders in this sector, but have since added new services to our portfolio – and we’re determined to continue growing while remaining true to and passionate about our local, independent roots. After all, we love our part of the world, care about it deeply and want to contribute to it as much as we can – you’d be hard-pushed to find an estate agency that knows it better than we do, or takes greater pride in it.
