With property sales ranging from £150,000 to £3 million Susi knows her business and provides a high level of service to compete with traditional international estate agencies.

Susi started her career in marketing, working on Texaco Oil’s overseas account, before moving into estate agency work 25 years ago honing her skills with the large corporate's as well as with the smaller independent agencies. During all that time she has also lived in rural Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, playing an active part in village life - she is well known both as a former member of Great Haseley Parish Council and for organising and participating in fundraising activities - and she works hard at matching the purchaser to the property rather than settling for being another faceless corporate agent.

Helping her achieve that aim is her hand picked team - Tom Mellor, Sarah Tamburro and Julia Metcalfe - all specialists and all driven by the same ‘bespoke service’ ethic. “It’s not enough just to get the valuations right and advertise the properties,” says Susi. “We have to add value, and that means taking the time to sit down and discuss needs with prospective purchasers and present them the properties that really answer their needs.” The same applies to vendors, she adds. Clients with the sought after properties she specialises in have a right to feel their sale is being handled personally and sensitively.
