Edward H Perkins Chartered Surveyors is based at Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire. The office is based in the town centre in easy reach of other local facilities with public car parks nearby.

However, in the main the surveyors work in the South West Wales area, west of Swansea and south of Aberystwyth. Edward Perkins is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Expert Witness Panel. As such he is a well known expert on agricultural tenancy matters throughout the UK.
The firm also assists farmers and landowners easements and wayleaves, advice on the Single Payment Scheme, management of land and property and provision of digital maps.
In 2007 Edward Perkins was President of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society culminating in the presidency of the Royal Welsh Show. Edward together with the Pembrokeshire Advisory Committee raised over £200,000 for the construction of a new main ring control tower on the show site.
The firm offers the services of three qualified Chartered Surveyors, each of whom are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Edward Perkins, a partner in the firm, has been practicing as a rural surveyor for over 40 years. He is well known throughout the rural surveying industry in the UK for his extensive work in agricultural valuation, landlord and tenant negotiations and agricultural policy. Edward is a valuer and agent for the AMC. Edward was Appointed Lord Chancellor’s Panel of Agricultural Arbitrators 1981 and acts as an expert witness.
Rodney Powell joined in 2004, becoming a partner in 2006. A Royal Agricultural College graduate, Rodney comes from a farming background and an excellent understanding of practical farming issues. He undertakes a variety of work including property sales, valuations and compensation and pipeline work.
Kathryn Perkins joined the firm following qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2005. Graduating from The Royal Agricultural College in 2002, Kathryn worked in Shrewsbury for 4 years before returning to her native Pembrokeshire in 2007. She has extensive experience in land management, planning and the Single Payment Scheme.
