Location    The land is situated on the southern outskirts of Maulden. It benefits from approximately 250 metres of frontage onto Water End Road. The southwest corner of the property also adjoins the Silsoe Road.

The Clophill junction of the A6 is one mile to the east. Flitwick and Ampthill are both two miles to the west.
