Rights of Way, Easements, Covenants & Holdover Provision The property is sold subject to an existing Countryside Stewardship Mid-Tier Scheme which is a buffer strip on the northern boundary. The scheme expires in December 2028. There will be an obligation for the Purchaser to maintain this option.
