Lot 1 extends to 58.05 hectares (143.43 acres) of land which has been farmed in arable rotation. Situated in the centre of the farmland is a yard area extending to 0.58 hectares (1.44 acres) which has several buildings as follows.
Building 1 (14.55m x 5.85m) - A stone building with asbestos roof which may have suitability for conversion, subject to obtaining the relevant statutory consents.
