General Remarks and Stipulations The land is situated on the edge of the village of Deerfold near Birtley and Lingen.
Directions From Lingen, take the road for Newton, taking a right turn. Follow the road, turn left and the land can be found on your right. The land will have a For Sale board up at the entrance.
Tenure Freehold
Ingoing The property is sold free of any ingoing. No counter claim will be allowed for dilapidations (if any) or any other matter whatsoever.

Boundries The purchaser shall be deemed to have full knowledge of all boundaries and neither the vendor nor the vendor's agents will be responsible for defining the boundaries or ownership thereof.

Method of Sale The land will be offered for sale by public auction on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 5pm.
