Turn right after 0.3 miles onto Prestbury Lane A538 for 0.4 miles before turning left onto Bridge Green. Follow this road for 0.1 miles where you will then find a 5-bar wooden gate.
Overage
The land is to be sold subject to an overage provision in favour of the Seller where the Seller will be entitled to 30% of the uplift in value resulting in any use other than agricultural or equestrian.
